• Device information — a unique device identifier (UUID) used to manage your session and deliver push notifications
• Authentication data — PIN and biometric preferences stored locally on your device to secure app access
• Push notification tokens — used to deliver real-time notifications about service orders
• Photos — images you capture or select from your device gallery for order documentation
• Signatures — digital signatures collected on-device for service order completion
• Order data — service order details, status updates, and activity history synchronised between your device and our servers

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and secure your account
• To assign, track, and complete field service orders
• To deliver push notifications about order updates
• To synchronise data between your device and our servers so you can work offline
• To store photos and signatures as part of service order records

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Sensitive fields are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via TLS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with your employing organisation through the Bluzen platform. We may share data if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your organisation maintains an active account with Bluzen. When your account is deactivated, your personal data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention policies.
